Horn not working.
SRS light on some times.
Radio not working but not as important.

SRS light was on, {{pic1}} and horn had no trigger circuit to relay.
Hooked up scan tool, would not communicate with SRS?
Suspected that it may be a clock spring issue but because the radio did not work and communication errors, further investigation required before parts ordered.
