Vehicle got towed in with the main belt off and damaged, plus a major engine oil leak.

Previous complaint and repairs.
A/C not cold enough.
System checked, A/C still had gas and 100% R134a.
Found the compressor had de-stroked.
Has also noticed that the drive belt had some damage (hole?).
