Low power, DPF light illuminated and glow light flashing.

Customer added 100mls of diesel injector cleaner for the first time at last refill as a preventative, within half an hour the engine light came on followed not long after by DPF light, glow lights and low power.

First look, visual inspection of engine bay - good.

Told owner to attempt active regen (2-2,500 rpm in 4th for 20 mins) soot level at the time was ~40g calculated 4g measured and DPF pressure sensor was 10 hpa at idle and 35 hpa on a snap throttle.
