Vehicle going into limp mode and harsh shifts.

Problem Summary

"When a wheel bearing is more than just a bearing."

The vehicle had the drive shaft and the front wheel bearing replaced, the wheel bearing was checked for correct installation by the repairer.
When the codes cleared and vehicle driven at around 40KPH the transmission would harsh shift and then go into limp mode, ABS & TCS warning lights come up on the dash.
