The engine is a little slow to accelerate regardless of accelerator pedal position. The engine startup flare control when cold is very aggressive, it will rev up to 2000rpm and slowly come down to idle. Startup flare control when warm is very weak, will idle very low and slowly come up to a normal idle speed.
