Customer Complaint

While driving, the ignition power is lost and the engine stalls with no ignition lights coming on the dash. The customer selects neutral and cycles the key and starts the car without having to pull over.

Problem Summary

The ignition power seems to be intermittently dropping out and the only way to get the ignition to come back is to cycle the key. This is an intermittent problem and happened to the owner twice when bringing the vehicle to our workshop which is roughly a 30 km highway drive.
