The customer reported that the vehicle was intermittently shutting off while driving.

The engine would cut out unexpectedly, and when the fault occurred, all modules on the CAN bus network became non-communicative. Fault code U0073 – Control Module Communication Bus Off was consistently logged after the shutdown events.
