Customer Complaint

Rough drive, harsh auto gear changes. Gear position light on dash sometimes not working in neutral (N) and drive(D). Engine light on.

Problem Summary

Road test and yes it was one rough drive. Seemed to self-change into neutral then drive then neutral again. The revs would increase then very hard bang back into drive.

D and N were not working on the dash when going from reverse direction but seemed to be working when going from 2nd into drive direction. Had to drive back to the workshop using 1 and 2 manual gear changing.
