The RH front door isn't opening.

Problem Summary

When the key is used to lock the doors they all lock. When unlock is pressed all the doors unlock except the RH front door outside handle doesn't unlock. With the window down & the car locked then unlock you can open the RH front door from the inside but not the outside handle.
