Complaint of the following intermittent fault profile:
- Key remote fails to work.
- All internal clocks are reset after the fault is resolved.
- Ignition key is turned and but no cranking from the motor.
- After multiple applications of the ignition key the motor with crank and starts.

The fault isn't predictable and doesn't present for long periods.
Additional complaint of power steering becoming firm when driving accompanied by light on the dash.

Test drove the vehicle, issue wasn't present during the road test.
