The customer reported that after a timing belt kit was fitted, the engine would crank but would not start.

Following replacement of the timing belt, the vehicle would not fire up. Fault codes consistently returned for the crankshaft angle sensor circuit, even after being cleared. Timing was rechecked several times with the correct tools and found to be correct. The crankshaft sensor was replaced, but the problem persisted.
