Customer complaining of steering knocking. Confirmed customers complaint but would describe more of a vibration than a knock. Can be exhibited while stationary.
Steering is very light to turn and steering wheel seems to have a mind of its own when driving but only with light steering loads.

When stationary , using light steering movements the steering gets a slight shudder/vibration from side to side.

Suspected motor flexible drive failure. Removed and inspected. All ok.

Found knock seems to be coming from the steering column electric motor but lifted front suspension to exclude front suspension ball joints for seizure.
