The thermo fan comes on as soon as the ignition is switched on and continues to run at full speed constantly.

Problem Summary

Cooling fans were running at high speed all the time, regardless of engine temperature or ignition status. Multiple related fault codes were stored, including one for the coolant temperature sensor on the radiator outlet (G83). Initial replacement of the temperature sensor made no difference.
