Customer Complaint

Customer complaint is that the vehicle overheating. The vehicle usually on does short trips around town. No more than 5 kilometres.
Last time he drove the vehicle it was double the distance and time. Then the temp gauge went from around 80 degrees to 120 degrees in 100 meters. He pulled over and had it towed.

Problem Summary

The car arrived on a tow truck and was driven off without any issues.

The levels of the oil and coolant were checked and were OK. Pressure tested the cooling system and only found a coolant stain around the thermostat under the intake manifold, but no external leaks.
