The vehicle would not accelerate and displayed ABS and traction control warning lights on the dash.

Under acceleration, the vehicle felt as though the rear brakes were being applied with an ABS-type pulsation. The car would only move when the accelerator was released. Cruise and stability-related dash messages appeared, including Pre-Safe and ABS/traction unavailable.

Fault codes repeatedly pointed to wheel speed sensor circuit faults, and live data showed both front wheel speed sensors inoperative. Testing revealed no usable signal from the sensors.
