The customer reports that the vehicle became progressively harder to start. Initially, the start button had to be pressed multiple times before the vehicle would power up and engage the starter. Eventually, the vehicle would not power up at all.

The vehicle exhibited a complete no-power condition — no ignition response, no dash lights, and no ability to communicate with any control modules. The system was keyless ignition type, and even when the key fob was inserted into the emergency slot, the vehicle did not power up beyond a seat adjustment movement.
