The customer reported that after driving through water and disengaging 4WD, several warning lights illuminated on the dashboard. The engine was switched off and subsequently failed to restart.

The engine would crank but not start, with the 4WD indicator light flashing on the dashboard. Multiple communication-related fault codes were logged, and attempts to clear them resulted in the same codes returning.
