Rattle on start up

Vehicle presented with an existing timing chain rattle on start up. Following an engine oil and filter change, the engine would not start. Camshaft to crankshaft correlation faults were logged and returned after clearing. Rocker cover inspection found the timing chain had jumped approximately three teeth on a cam sprocket and the timing chain tensioner appeared to be at maximum extension.
