Vehicle towed in after engine change, not starting.

The vehicle had a second-hand engine fitted by another workshop and was towed in as a non-start. No fuel pressure was being generated during cranking. The customer had noticed the issue for many months. Multiple fault codes were initially present, which had been reduced to a single engine code after the BSI was replaced and reprogrammed due to a flat battery causing BSI malfunction.
