The engine oil-pressure warning returned about a week after the oil-pump pressure-regulation solenoid was replaced.

The original solenoid replacement cleared the electrical faults, but an intermittent high-pressure problem then became constant. Both the Launch oil-pressure reading and a mechanical gauge showed excessive pressure. The readings stayed high after the engine was switched off.
