The customer reported that the vehicle was slightly down on power and developed a shudder only during hard acceleration. No warning lights were present on the dash.

A diagnostic scan initially found no fault codes. The concern was replicated during a road test with the scan tool connected by applying full acceleration for approximately five to six seconds while driving up a steep hill.
