Code Information

The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module controls each wheel circuit's outlet valve by switching the low side of the coil to ground while the high side is fed from internal module power. DTC C1244 is set when the module detects that the Left Rear (LR) outlet valve coil drive circuit is shorted to battery voltage, meaning the low side of the coil is being held high when the module is trying to ground it.
