Code Information

The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module drives each wheel circuit's outlet valve by switching the low side of the coil to ground while the high side is fed from internal module power. DTC C1249 is set when the module detects that the Right Rear (RR) outlet valve coil drive circuit is shorted to ground, meaning the drive line is being pulled low when the module expects it to be high or floating.
