Code Information

The Body Control Module (BCM) monitors the passenger door unlock switch, which is the unlock side of the multi position rocker switch on the passenger door trim panel. When the occupant presses unlock, the switch pulls the BCM input to ground, signaling a request to unlock the vehicle doors. DTC B2475 is set when the BCM detects that the unlock signal wire is shorted to chassis ground continuously, holding the input low at all times rather than only when the unlock button is pressed.
