Code Information

The Engine Control Module monitors the Bank 1 Sensor 1 upstream oxygen sensor during deceleration fuel cut off, when the injectors are switched off and the exhaust should read fully lean. With no fuel being delivered, the ECM expects the oxygen sensor voltage to drop to its low, lean value promptly.
