Goes into limp mode.

Engine check light comes on.

Accelerator operation lost.

The vehicle had broken down a number of times. Code clears, drive off and after short time vehicle breaks down and into limp mode. Same code comes back.

Vehicle had gone to the dealer and after a couple of weeks in their shop the owner was advised it needed a pedal position sensor (PPS).
No part was available.
The owner acquired a good second hand part and had it fitted by local mechanic.

After a few days the same issue came back.
