Code Information

DTC B2144 is set when a control module detects that the alarm or anti theft data block stored in its Non Volatile Memory (NVM) is corrupted, missing, or fails its integrity check. The alarm data block holds configuration values for the perimeter and intrusion alarm system such as armed state flags, sensor enable bits, programmed remote IDs, and customer security preferences.
