The Restraints Control Module (RCM) continuously monitors the resistance of the left hand front (LHF) airbag squib circuit to confirm the firing loop is intact and electrically isolated. DTC B0010 sub code 11 sets when the RCM measures an abnormally low resistance to ground on that circuit, indicating the squib drive or return wire has shorted to earth or to the vehicle body.
