Cuts out when turned full lock.

Problem Summary

Engine shuts off at idle when wheels turned full lock in either direction.

Problem is made worse when power consumers are on i.e. A/C, hydaulic fan, lights.

Previous repairs:
Last mechanic replaced A/C compressor (thought it was drawing to much power).
Replaced seal between intake pipe and turbo snout, was damaged and sucking air post MAF.
