Customer had noticed some weird noises and vibrations coming from the vehicle only under hard acceleration. The Transfer case controller can not be placed into 4WD low mode.

At the start of diagnosis, the transfer case was still receiving power and clicking when the key is on as it is trying to place the selector fork into the correct position. Also, note that this transfer case has a clutch that allows partial or full power transfer to the front axle.
