Code Information

The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module controls the ABS warning lamp circuit through a dedicated warning lamp relay (or an internal solid state driver on later vehicles). DTC C1264 sets when the module detects that the warning lamp relay drive circuit is shorted to battery voltage, meaning the drive line is being pulled high by an unintended supply source when the module commands the driver off.
