Code Information

The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module supplies power to the hydraulic valve assembly through an internal or external power relay, which is energised whenever the module is awake and ready to perform ABS control. DTC C1266 is set when the ABS module detects a failure of the valve power relay circuit, typically an open circuit or short to ground on the relay coil drive or on the switched power feed to the valve solenoids.
