Code Information

The Body Control Module (BCM) monitors the rest position of the rear wiper using a park sense input wired to a cam driven switch internal to the rear wiper motor. DTC B1825 sets when the BCM detects the rear wiper park sense input held permanently low (shorted to ground), which the module interprets as the wiper being parked at all times rather than only once per revolution.
