DTC P1134 is a Honda specific code indicating the front, or upstream, Heated Oxygen Sensor on the right hand bank is responding too slowly to changes in exhaust oxygen content. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) measures how fast the sensor transitions between rich and lean, and when those transitions become sluggish the sensor can no longer support accurate closed loop fuel control.
