DTC B0070 sets when the Airbag Control Module (ACM) detects an open circuit in the Right Hand (RH) roof rail airbag deployment loop. The ACM passes a small monitoring current through the curtain airbag firing loop and measures its resistance, and an open or excessively high resistance loop drives the reading above the calibrated threshold, storing this open circuit fault.
