The ECM uses this signal to monitor converter efficiency and to apply fine secondary fuel trim corrections. DTC P1169 sets when the ECM detects a fault with this rear bank 2 sensor, such as an implausible, out of range, or unresponsive signal that does not match expected post catalyst behaviour.
