Code Information

The Body Control Module (BCM) sets DTC B1322 when it detects that the driver door ajar input is being held at ground when it should not be. The driver door ajar switch is wired to ground the input when the door is open, and a permanent short to ground simulates a continuously open door regardless of actual door position. The BCM identifies this state as electrically inconsistent with normal switch behaviour and sets the code.
